What is in your biscuits?
Our biscuits contain gluten, dairy and egg, they may also contain soya. The biscuits do not contain nuts but are made in a kitchen where nuts are present. Some of the colours in our icing may have an effect on attention and activity in children. They’re meant as a tasty treat not for everyday eating.
How quickly can I get your biscuits stocked?
It depends on a few things like the size of the order, and the breadth of the range covered and any additional specifications. It’s always best to order ahead, and we get busiest around Easter, Halloween, and Christmas. Fear not, we’ll manage all conversations with you directly and get biscuits out to you as quickly as possible.
Are your biscuits vegan or free from?
They are not, and we are not currently looking at free from options. It’s a small, busy kitchen, so we don’t want to make claims we cannot stick to.
Broken biscuits?
We do our best to work with logistics providers who take care of our creations, we also carefully package and protect our orders. In some cases we also hand deliver to our stockists. If you experience any broken biscuits as part of your wholesale order please get in touch and we can resolve the issue.
How long do the biscuits last?
The shelf life of the biscuits themselves are 120 days, to keep them looking vibrant, please store the biscuits in a cool place out of direct sunlight.
